If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply return the item within 60 days, from the date of purchase and we will give you a full refund, less the shipping fees.
2-Year Warranty
All of our Norwex microfiber products come with a full 2 year replacement guarantee. So if for any reason within 2 years the from the initial date of your purchase, you feel that your Norwex microfiber cloth is not performing the same way it was the day you got it, then Norwex will replace it. This is assuming you have used your cloth with normal use and proper care.
